That was great! They were very courteous and finished the job quickly and advised what the issue was. It took much less time and material than was expected and Jordan advised he would approach his project manager to see how the cost may be reduced to fit the job that required less time and material than expected. Jordan noticed pine needles in one section of the gutters and asked if he could clean it out for me. Jordan creates a great image for Monarch Roofing. Excellent communication and follow up, courteous and knowledgeable he presents the company well. Thanks for a job well done.
