Keys to Customer Service

How To Create A Strong Customer Service Team In Your Organization

Being customer obsessed and giving you the absolute best customer service is extremely important to us at Monarch Roofing. To ensure this happens consistently, time and effort is put into finding people that are the right fit for our brand and giving them the tools to succeed in giving you exactly what you deserve…. The Best! Each position was carefully crafted, and everyone works together to deliver a quality and efficient experience from start to finish. At Monarch we all play a role. Here is how it works:

The Assistant Project Manager will work with you to understand your roofing needs and set up your first appointment. They are available to answer any questions you have, will confirm and thoroughly explain all contract details, and will inform you of what to expect the day of production so that you are prepared.

The Project Manager will meet with you to determine if a new roofing system is needed. If so, they are there to go over the process and best products to meet your needs and will also inform you of how the process works. Additionally, if you plan to make an insurance claim, the Project Manager is there to assist in the claim process and will work directly with your adjuster and insurance company to get them exactly what is needed, therefore making the process easier.

The Production Admin will contact you once a contract is signed and will confirm all the information the Project Manager discussed with you including what will happen the day of production and after. They are also responsible for sending all completed documentation to your insurance company, submitting warranties, and making sure you are 100% satisfied with your roofing system upon completion of the project.

The Production Coordinator will discuss all production and will work with you on the best day for your installation. They will confirm shingle, drip edge color, and any special notes made by the project manager at the initial meeting. They will also make sure the production team has everything they need to complete the job on time and provide you with the best experience possible.

The Superintendent will oversee the jobsite during production and will meet with you before production begins to confirm details and go over everything that will take place throughout the day. They will be there on site for the duration of the project to answer any questions or concerns you may have and to make sure the job site is running smoothly. The Superintendent will also complete a final walkthrough with you to make sure the expectations set by the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and the Production Coordinator are met or exceeded.
