Summary:
The Production Leader position reports to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for the production on the field. Helping crews maximizing the production and complete work with Perfect Reviews/Inspection.
Job Description:
- Understands Shingle roofing systems
- Finds solution to installation issues or unique installation environment
- Helps Production Manager and Project Manager to schedule contractor to projects to maximize their potentials and increase production
- Meets subcontractor on site prior to job commencement
- Greets supplier for every delivery. Leaves 1 sample shingles with Customers. Identifies potentials roofing issues and discuss with Production manager/project manager.
- Brings materials to job site when short
- Returns materials to supplier when over
- Increases Lead generation
- Creates proper safe work environment for crews to perform work that eliminates potential issues
- Identifies potential issues prior to starting project (ac unit covers, Tarps on walls, crickets, ridge opening)
- Represents company to proudly to the highest levels of respect and professionalism
- Brings Trailers to job site
- Coordinates dump schedule with Production Manager & Runners
- Performs an inspection upon project completion to satisfy manufacturer and project specification
- Organizes the back Shoppe for production and organized to easily find items stored
- Desires to grow and improve constantly
Qualities Characteristics Aptitude:
- Experience in roofing
- Team player orientation. Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external parties
- High degree of confidentiality required
- Efficient work ethics
- Advance in training and certified with GAF (shingles/low slope) and Mule-Hide EPDM
- Must be a self-starter, goal oriented, cooperative, and have a high energy level
- Must be organized and systematic in work
- Fluent ability to operate different phone application
- Precise in communication properly in way all can understood clearly
- Strong work ethics
- Positive, Polite
