The Manufacturer Paint Warranty
Metal Roofing Systems are virtually maintenance-free. The maintenance-free offers homeowners peace of mind not find in other roofing systems where most roofs will require some combination of maintenance or repair over their life expectancy. No maintenance means no hassle and no ongoing expense. Of course, there are rare exceptions, such as hail, branches fall, debris... which can dent the metal. Due to our Coastal Proximity: We typically recommend the Standing Seam S-1000 Style panels in Alumnimun032. The S-1000 Standing Seam is a high-performance cost-effective standing seam panel, it is most common among residential and light commercial applications. MRS System 1000, with concealed fasteners/clips, requires no mechanical seaming or seam cap. Striations and stiffening ribs are recommended in order to reduce oil-canning.
